AI learning intelligence for YouTube

Learn anything.From YouTube.With AI.

Turn videos into personalized learning paths, insights, summaries, questions and progress.

Free to start. Works for any subject, not just tech.

How it works

You bring the curiosity. YouTube provides the knowledge.

AI turns it into a learning journey.

  1. Step 1

Tell us what you want to learn

In your own words. “Photography, beginner to professional.” “Pass my organic chemistry exam.” “Play jazz piano.”

  2. Step 2

    AI builds your roadmap

Stages, weeks, estimated hours and the videos that teach each one — shaped by your level and your goal.

  3. Step 3

    Watch with a companion

Every video gets AI notes: a summary, key concepts and the ideas to remember, written from the transcript.

  4. Step 4

    Check, continue, repeat

Self-test questions, honest progress and a clear next step, so each session builds on the last.

Your roadmap

Not a list of videos. A path.

Say what you want to learn and the AI names the stages, orders them, estimates the time and finds the videos for each. You always know where you are and what comes next.

  • Stages and weeks written for your level and goal
  • Real videos matched to each stage, with the reason they fit
  • Progress you can trust — it only moves when you do

What it is

A learning layer for YouTube

AIYouTubeManager is an AI-powered learning platform that turns YouTube into structured learning for any subject. You describe a goal; it builds a staged learning roadmap, matches videos from across YouTube to each step, and writes notes, a quiz and flashcards from each video's transcript. Videos play in YouTube's own player. It is for learners, not a channel-management tool for creators, and it is independent of YouTube and Google.

Your Google account and YouTube data

What we ask Google for, and why

You sign in to AIYouTubeManager with your Google account. Connecting YouTube is a separate, optional step.

Sign in with Google

We receive your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to create and identify your account. We never see your Google password.

Connect YouTube (optional)

We read the channels you subscribe to, your playlists and public channel and video details, so we can organise what you follow, recommend what to watch, summarise videos and build your roadmaps. The only change we can make is removing a subscription, and only when you press unsubscribe for that channel.

What we never do

We do not sell your Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can disconnect YouTube at any time and its data is deleted within 7 days; deleting your account removes everything.

The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, including the Google and YouTube user data section, and in the Terms of Service.

Questions people ask first

What is AIYouTubeManager?

AIYouTubeManager is an AI-powered learning platform for YouTube. You describe what you want to learn, in any subject, and it builds a staged learning roadmap, matches YouTube videos to each step with the reason each one fits, and writes study notes, a quiz and flashcards from each video's transcript. In the app it is also called YTLI, short for YouTube Learning Intelligence.

Which subjects can I learn?

Any subject taught on YouTube. There is no list of categories to choose from. People use it for programming, exam subjects, languages, music, design, business skills, fitness, cooking and more.

Does it download or host YouTube videos?

No. Videos play in YouTube's own embedded player and link back to YouTube. Nothing is downloaded, copied, re-hosted or modified, and creators keep their views and attribution.

Is AIYouTubeManager free?

There is a 7-day free trial that starts with a Google sign-in and needs no card. After the trial, continuing to use the learning features needs a Pro or Premium plan. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Is it a tool for YouTube creators or channel management?

No. Despite the name, it is for learners. It does not manage a channel, schedule uploads, research video keywords or report creator analytics.
