No. Despite the name, it is for learners. It does not manage a channel, schedule uploads, research video keywords or report creator analytics.

You sign in with Google and describe your goal in your own words. The AI builds a roadmap of stages and steps, each with an outcome. For each step it matches videos from across YouTube. You watch them in YouTube's embedded player, generate AI Notes, take the quiz and mark the step complete. A daily plan tells you what comes next.

Any subject taught on YouTube. There is no list of categories to choose from. People use it for programming, exam subjects, languages, music, design, business skills, fitness, cooking and more.

No. Videos play in YouTube's own embedded player and link back to YouTube. Nothing is downloaded, copied, re-hosted or modified, and creators keep their views and attribution.

You sign in with a Google account. Connecting your YouTube account is a separate, optional step that imports the channels you subscribe to so they can be analysed and ranked. You can withdraw that access at any time from your Google account.

AI output is assistive and can be wrong. Match scores are estimates, notes can miss nuance and a roadmap is a starting point. The product shows the reason behind each suggestion so you can overrule it. Nothing it produces is professional, academic, financial, legal or medical advice.

There is a 7-day free trial that starts with a Google sign-in and needs no card. After the trial, continuing to use the learning features needs a Pro or Premium plan. Current prices are on the pricing page.

The learning features pause until you choose a plan. You are not charged automatically and nothing is deleted: your roadmaps, notes and progress are kept and return when a plan is active.

Pro is the full product for one learner: unlimited roadmaps and mentor conversations, AI Notes for 30 videos a day and daily content refresh for three roadmaps. Premium adds unlimited and more detailed AI Notes, daily refresh for every roadmap, priority AI processing and report export.

Yes. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the learning features pause, and nothing you created is deleted.

Your basic Google profile for sign-in and, if you connect YouTube, the data you authorise through the official YouTube Data API, such as your subscriptions. It asks for the permissions the product needs and no more.

No. Your data is used to provide the product and improve your own recommendations. It is not sold and not used for advertising.

Yes. You can delete your account permanently, which removes the data attached to it and revokes YouTube access. The support page explains how.

A summarizer condenses one video you have already found. AIYouTubeManager starts from a goal: it builds the sequence, finds the videos for each step and adds notes, a quiz and flashcards to each one.
