YouTube learning
A learning platform built on the YouTube you already use
Updated
YouTube recommends what will keep you watching. That is a different aim from helping you make progress in a subject, and it is why an evening that began with one tutorial can end somewhere unrelated.
AIYouTubeManager applies a different rule to the same library: what fits the step you are on, at your level, for the goal you set.
How it works
Step 1
Sign in with Google
Your Google account is your sign-in. You can connect your YouTube account to import the channels you already follow, through the official YouTube Data API.
Step 2
Say what you are learning
Create a roadmap from a goal in your own words. It becomes the reference everything else is ranked against.
Step 3
Get videos for your current step
For You shows your current roadmap step, what it covers and what you should be able to do after it, with videos from across YouTube chosen for it.
Step 4
Watch, and keep what you learned
Videos play in YouTube's embedded player. Each one can have AI Notes, a quiz and flashcards.
What you get
For You
Videos for the step you are on, from any channel, whether or not you subscribe to it. Each has the reason it was picked.
Knowledge Feed
New videos from the channels you follow, ranked by your goals, with a breakdown by category.
Why am I seeing this?
Every video shows how well it matches what you are learning and the reasons. You can show only videos above a match level you choose.
Subscription analysis
Each channel you follow is scored for learning value and categorised by topic, and flagged when it has gone quiet or overlaps with another.
Shorts filter
Switch Shorts off and they are left out of the feed, For You, trending, roadmap videos and notifications.
Focus tools
A focus timer for study sessions, weekly goals for videos and hours, and streaks.
What to know before you rely on it
- It works with YouTube, not around it. It does not download, re-host, modify or strip ads from any video.
- YouTube does not make your personal watch history available to applications, so recommendations use what you watch inside the app, your roadmap and your profile.
- Match scores are AI estimates. They are there to inform your choice, and the reasons are shown so you can disagree.
- AIYouTubeManager is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
