How this site is written

The rules we hold our own pages to: who writes them, what we will not publish, and how mistakes are corrected.

Who writes this site

Everything published here is written and reviewed by the AIYouTubeManager team, the people who build the product. Pages are credited to the team, not to an individual, because that is accurate. We do not publish under invented names or borrowed credentials.

We write about learning from YouTube and about our own product. We do not publish on subjects we have no working knowledge of.

Accuracy

A statement about the product describes the product as it is today. Where a feature has a limit, the limit is stated on the page. Plan allowances and prices change, so the pricing page is the source of truth for those.

We do not publish:

  • invented statistics, user numbers, ratings, reviews or testimonials;
  • results we cannot support, such as promises about grades, jobs or exam outcomes;
  • example roadmaps or goals presented as real customers' work. Examples are labelled as examples.

Comparisons with other products

Each comparison says what the alternative does well and when it is the better choice. Statements about other products are kept to what is publicly known about them, and each page says as of when. Other products change, and theirs is the authoritative description of what they do.

If you represent a product we have described and something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

How AI is used in writing

AI tools assist with drafting and editing. A person on the team reviews every page before it is published and is responsible for what it says. We do not publish pages generated in bulk, and we do not publish a page only because a search term exists for it.

Inside the product, AI output is a different matter: roadmaps, notes and scores are generated for each learner, are labelled as AI-written, and can be wrong. The AI learning page explains how that works and where it stops.

Independence

Guides are written to be useful to someone who never signs up. The product is mentioned where it does the step being described. We do not accept payment for coverage or for links, and there are no affiliate links on this site.

AIYouTubeManager is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.

Updates and corrections

Every guide, comparison and product page shows the date it was last updated. When the product changes, the pages that describe it are updated with it. When we get something wrong, we fix the page and change the date.
