Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancelling a AIYouTubeManager subscription works, and how refund requests are handled.

Effective 18 September 2026 · Last updated 18 September 2026

This page describes how AIYouTubeManager operates. It is written in plain language for clarity and is not legal advice. If you need advice about your own rights or obligations, please consult a qualified professional.

1. Scope

This policy covers paid AIYouTubeManager subscriptions. The free plan involves no payment, so nothing here applies to it — you can simply stop using it, or delete your account.

Where you bought your subscription matters, because it determines who processes the money. Section 6 sets out what changes for each route.

2. How to cancel

Subscriptions bought on the web

Contact us at vijayrajpalanisamy@gmail.com, or through the contact form using the subscription category, from the email address on your account. We will cancel the subscription so it does not renew, and confirm it to you by email.

Self-service cancellation from inside the app is being finished. Until it ships, the route above is the cancellation method, and we treat the date you contact us as the cancellation date.

Subscriptions bought in the mobile apps

A subscription bought inside our Android or iOS app must be cancelled in that store, because the store — not us — holds the billing arrangement. See section 6.

3. When cancellation takes effect

  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your subscription immediately.
  • You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. On an annual plan, that is the end of the paid year.
  • When that period ends, your account moves to the free plan. Free plan limits apply again.
  • Nothing you created is deleted by cancelling. Your account, history, roadmaps and profile all remain. Deleting your account is a separate action, described in the privacy policy.
  • Cancelling by itself does not produce a refund of the current period — see section 4.

4. Refunds

How to request one

Email vijayrajpalanisamy@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form with the billing category. Include the date of the charge, the amount, and why you are asking. This helps us find the payment and respond properly.

How requests are handled

We review refund requests individually and decide them in good faith, taking into account when the charge was made, how much of the period has been used, and the circumstances — for example a technical fault that prevented you using what you paid for, a charge you did not intend, or a renewal you did not expect.

We do not publish a fixed refund window here, because the applicable rules depend on where you bought the subscription and on the consumer law that applies where you live. Statutory rights you have, including any cooling-off or cancellation right, apply regardless of anything in this policy and are not limited by it.

If a refund is approved

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the payment provider that took the money. The time it takes to appear is set by that provider and your bank, and is typically several working days. Where a refund ends access early, the subscription is cancelled at the same time.

5. Specific payment situations

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider normally retries it for a short period. Updating your payment method with the provider usually resolves it. If the charge cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan. A failed charge is not a debt we pursue.

Duplicate payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same period, contact us with the dates and amounts. We will check them against the payment provider's records and refund a genuine duplicate.

Unauthorised payments

If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately at vijayrajpalanisamy@gmail.com and also tell your bank or card issuer. We will investigate with the payment provider, and will suspend billing on the account while we do.

Trials and promotional pricing

Where a free trial or a promotional price is offered, the terms shown at the time you sign up — its length, what it converts to, and when the first full charge happens — form part of this policy for that subscription. Cancelling before a trial converts means no charge is taken. A promotional rate applies for the period stated and then renews at the standard price unless cancelled.

Annual subscriptions

An annual subscription is a single charge covering twelve months, at a lower effective monthly rate than monthly billing. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next yearly renewal and leaves your access in place for the remainder of the year you paid for. A request for a partial refund of an unused part of an annual term is handled under section 4.

6. Where you bought it

Web — Stripe or Razorpay

Payments taken on our website are processed by Stripe or, where enabled, Razorpay. We can cancel the subscription and initiate a refund through the provider, and the provider returns the money to your original payment method under its own processing timescales.

Google Play

A subscription purchased inside our Android app is billed by Google. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Refunds for Play purchases are governed by Google Play's own refund policy and are requested from Google — we cannot refund a Play purchase ourselves. Tell us if you need help and we will point you to the right place.

Apple App Store

A subscription purchased inside our iOS app is billed by Apple. Cancel it in your Apple subscription settings on your device or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are governed by Apple's own refund policy and are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves.

In every case, cancelling a subscription with the store or provider is what stops the billing. Uninstalling the app or not signing in does not cancel anything.

7. Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can. Where a chargeback is raised, we may suspend the paid plan on the account while the payment provider investigates.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and the version in force when you were charged is the one that applies to that charge.

9. Contact

Cancellations and refunds: vijayrajpalanisamy@gmail.com, or the contact form using the billing or subscription category. See also the subscription terms.
